Measuring Guide

Step 1: Measure the space where you want to put the 3D letters

Step 2: How to choose the Letter Height

The letter height you order is based on the height of the UPPERCASE letters of the font you specify.

Please find the difference between the "Letter Height" and the "Overall Height Dimensions".

For content which includes lowercase letters "g, j, p, q, y", the overall height is always larger than the letter height.

Overall Height Dimensions:

For content which does not include lowercase letters "g, j, p, q, y", the Overall Height is normally similar to the Letter Height.

Step 3: How TO decide ON the Letter Height if there are more than TWO lines

Please note that there is always a gap between two lines, so when you add a new line on the shop page, the Overall Dimensions show the total height of two lines (Overall Height = Height of Line 1 + Height of Line 2) only, it does not include the depth of the gap between the lines.

So please always take the depth of the gap between the lines into account when you make a decision on the Letter Height.

Please double check the Overall Dimensions and make sure the letters can fit into the space where you wish to put them.

Things to consider before buying your sign:

  1. Measure the overall size of the area you have to fit the sign. Bear in mind you may not want to fill this area completely.
  2. Decide which font style you'd like for your letters (e.g. Times New Roman, Courier, Helvetica etc.).
  3. Decide on the colour you'd like your letters to be.
